The motto of this year’s Ice Race was simple: Fun over speed. Sure, racing is about pushing limits and chasing records, but for us, the real magic happens elsewhere. It’s in the people who come together, the wild visuals, the crazy details, and that shared love for cars, design, and just having a very good time.

That said, we’re also very aware that, more often than not, more speed equals more fun!

That mix of serious skill and playfulness is exactly what our Chronograph 1 – FAT International Edition (wie heißt er jetzt wirklich?) is all about. It sits right between our two worlds - on one side, pure racing spirit, the kind that took the FAT-branded Dauer Porsche 962 to victory at Le Mans in 1994. On the other, the fun, the humor, and the energy that make FAT what it is today. The name itself has always had a bit of a cheeky edge, and we believe that is where it’s power lies - whether it’s through Tom Thorne, our favorite commentator, or the way our community brings love and laughter into everything we do.

This watch isn’t just about precision and speed or just about fun - it’s about the combination. It’s about precision and performance but also about not taking yourself too seriously. It’s about remembering that even in a world as fast as motorsport, the best moments happen when you’re surrounded by great people, enjoying the ride.
