Shipping

We want you to receive everything as soon as possible and all orders are processed as soon as possible. However, we are a small team so please allow a few days for us to get everything processed. In case of some products selling out or any need for a clarification we will be in touch.

We offer different shipping rates and delivery times depending on your location and the weight of your order. You can check the shipping costs at the checkout page before placing your order. Please note that some remote areas may incur additional fees or delays from the couriers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package online. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at shop@fat-international.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We ship to the EU on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. In the case of international shipments outside of the EU, we ship in a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, Greger Porsche Motorsport GmbH is an exporter and you are the importer, therefore any import duties are your responsibility.
